Bio:

Klodd was born among the Koldakka tribe in the land of the Burning Steppes, an arid and unforgiving land that punishes the weak.

When Klodd turned nineteen he was chosen as one of three great warriors who would compete in an ancient trial known as the Test of Irim’ka. Irim’ka, who became the first chief of the Koldakka, had left his people on a vision quest taking but a few companions with him. They traveled across treacherous seas eventually landing on this great continent. Irim’ka left a pile of stones to mark their landing with a single bronze coin atop. They traveled the new land far and wide getting into many adventures before finally settling down in what are now the Burning Steppes. Today Irim’ka’s descendants follow the tradition of striding boldly into the unknown to seek adventure, fame and fortune. A strong warrior who can find the landing stones, leave their coin and return to the village with the coin left by the current chief shall take their place as leader.

Klodd and his friends, Gorff and Keras, set out into the strange world beyond the Steppes. And though they are friends who’ve grown and fought together they leave the village as rivals, each looking to be the first to return to the village with both the chieftain’s coin and the greatest tale of adventure. After great hardship and dangerous encounters Klodd reaches the shores on the opposite corner of the continent and collects the chieftain’s coin. On his way back to the Burning Steppes he meets his friends Gorff and Keras. He reveals his victory and the three celebrate in a local tavern. After a night of drunken carousing Klodd’s true test and greatest adventure begins.
